After a tiring cycling trip in 2020, the founder Stefan realized that a pleasant cycling tour must have comfortable shoes, otherwise painful feet will ruin the whole tour. This is how KESCOO came to be. For resolving this issue, we spent 6 months trying out hundreds of upper and sole materials and letting people with different foot shapes try them on. After thousands of tests and adjustments, we finally designed comfortable ergonomic cycling shoes.

The cycling shoes in the KESCOO store are a combination set (1 pair of shoes, 1 pair of Delta Cleats). KESCOO is committed to producing comfortable, affordable specialized bike shoes footwear. Quick-Drying and highly breathable material offer a comfortable cycling experience. The non-Slip Outsole makes sure your cycling is safe. They are widely compatible with most pedals. Tips: Different pedals need to install the corresponding cleats. Delta cleats are included in the package, you don't need to purchase separately.

To ensure you have a better user experience, we recommend that you choose the size according to the suggestions in the picture provided. The bike shoes come with 9° Delta cleats. If any accessories are missing, please let us know to resend them for you. The screws in the sole are used to fix the metal inside the sole. It is recommended that you tighten the 2 screws before installing the cleats to avoid rattling when riding.

Please follow these steps if you're having difficulty clipping into the bike pedals: 1. It needs some force to clip into the bike pedal. 2. If this is your first time clipping into the bike pedal and having difficulty, you can use the 3 mm Allen key to loosen the tension located on the back of the pedals. 3. Un-stall the cleats to check if the black rubber is in the correct direction.

If you feel the size is not quite right after receiving the product, you can directly return it or exchange it. If there is an extra cost, you can let us know, and we will deal with it.
